Key Responsibilities
- Consult clients on destinations, visas, flights, hotels, tours, and holiday packages
- Prepare and promote customized travel itineraries
- Book air tickets, hotels, transfers, attractions, and insurance
- Handle B2C and B2B inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-in clients
- Explain visa requirements (Schengen, UK, USA, UAE, etc.)
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion ratios
- Handle post-booking support and resolve customer issues
- Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and tour operators
- Maintain proper documentation and client records
- Upsell add-on services (insurance, tours, transfers)
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Good knowledge of travel destinations and tourism products
- Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre – preferred)
- Understanding of airfare rules, hotel policies, and visa procedures
- Customer service and complaint-handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, CRM)

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
