Job Title: Travel Consultant – MICE, Group & FITJob Summary
The Travel Consultant – MICE, Group & FIT is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end travel solutions for corporate events, group tours, and individual travelers. The role involves handling complex itineraries, vendor coordination, cost negotiations, and delivering seamless travel experiences while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions):
- Plan and manage domestic and international MICE travel programs
- Coordinate with hotels, venues, airlines, transporters, and event partners
- Prepare detailed proposals, budgets, and cost break-ups
- Handle negotiations with vendors to secure competitive rates
- Manage on-ground coordination and post-event reconciliation
Group Bookings:
- Handle group flight bookings, hotel blockings, and land arrangements
- Coordinate with airlines and hotels for group fares and contracts
- Manage rooming lists, passenger details, and special service requests
- Handle amendments, cancellations, reissues, and group ticketing
FIT (Free Independent Traveler):
- Design customized itineraries for FIT clients based on preferences and budgets
- Book flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and travel insurance
- Provide visa guidance and destination information
- Ensure timely confirmations and accurate documentation
General Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and supplier contracts
- Ensure compliance with travel policies, airline rules, and visa regulations
- Handle client queries, complaints, and post-travel support
- Stay updated on travel trends, supplier offerings, and market conditions
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of MICE, group travel, and FIT operations
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in MICE, group travel, or FIT operations
- Exposure to international travel arrangements preferred

Pay: ₹12,311.91 - ₹45,848.21 per month
