HOLIDAY CONSULTANT

We are seeking an energetic and customer-driven Holiday Consultant to support sales growth and deliver exceptional travel experiences. This role involves advising clients on holiday options, designing tailored travel solutions, and promoting additional services to enhance each journey. The consultant will serve as the primary liaison throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring smooth planning, booking, and post-travel follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to assess travel interests, budget considerations, and trip expectations
  • Design and sell customized holiday itineraries aligned with client preferences
  • Promote supplementary offerings such as sightseeing tours, travel insurance, seat or room upgrades, and special experiences
  • Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Consistently meet or surpass individual and team sales objectives
  • Collaborate with internal operations and support teams to ensure accurate bookings and flawless trip execution
  • Gather post-travel feedback and contribute ideas for improving service delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in travel sales, holiday planning, or tourism consultancy
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
  • Strong understanding of domestic and international travel destinations
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
