Air Tickets and Tour Packages coordinator

The Tour Package and Air Tickets Coordinator is responsible for managing travel arrangements for clients, including air travel, accommodation, ground transportation, and customized tours. This role involves coordinating with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and tour operators to create seamless travel experiences. The coordinator will also assist clients with booking flights and tour packages, providing recommendations based on their preferences, and ensuring all logistics run smoothly.

• Must have good knowledge about tour packages.
• Ability to book and issue international flight tickets using airline systems or online portals.
• Knowledge about managing ticket changes like rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds.
• Good skills to understand the travel needs, visa status and travel dates.
• Need to be sure about travel bookings with in the airline policies under the immigration and destination country rules.
• Must have good tie-ups with the airlines and travel partners.
• Ability to communicate with airlines and travel partners for the airlines tickets.
• Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and travel documents with the branches.
