Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to manage end-to-end ground operations for inbound and outbound travel services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily travel operations for FITs and group tours
• Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, guides, and suppliers
• Prepare itineraries, vouchers, and operational documents
• Handle on-ground issues, changes, and special requests
• Support sales with feasibility checks and quotations
• Coordinate with accounts for billing and vendor payments

Requirements:

• Graduate in Tourism / Hospitality / Business or related field
• 3+ years of experience in travel operations
• Good knowledge of travel logistics and supplier management
• Proficient in MS Office and travel systems (Tourplan/Amadeus/Galileo)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
