Travel Consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international air ticket reservations, reissues, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with airlines to secure best fares and routes.
- Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fare rules, and travel requirements.
- Ensure timely issuance of tickets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with an IATA Travel Agency.
- Sound knowledge of fare construction, reissues and refunds.
- GDS experience required - Amadeus/Galileo.
- Hands on experience on NDC systems.
- IATA Certification.
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
