Job Description:

Easevia is hiring experienced and performance-driven Travel Consultants (IATA Certified) to support its global online flight booking platform operations based in Dubai.

The selected candidates will be responsible for end-to-end ticketing operations, GDS bookings, fare management, and customer servicing. This role requires strong operational accuracy, knowledge of international airline regulations, and hands-on expertise in global distribution systems.

The ideal candidate brings deep ticketing experience, strong command over fare rules, and the ability to manage post-booking scenarios efficiently within a fast-paced online travel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations using GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport

Issue tickets, process reissues, refunds, and date changes in compliance with airline fare rules

Manage airline queues and monitor booking confirmations and schedule changes

Interpret and apply international fare construction and ticketing regulations

Provide timely resolution for post-booking customer queries and escalations

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to IATA and airline guidelines

Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for complex itineraries and special cases

Maintain service quality standards aligned with global online travel operations

Requirements:

Mandatory IATA certification

3–7 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations

Strong hands-on experience with GDS platforms (Amadeus / Sabre / Travelport)

Sound knowledge of international fare rules, refunds, and reissues

Experience handling B2C or online travel platform bookings preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability

Desired Skills and Competencies:

Experience in global online travel platforms or OTA environments

Ability to manage high booking volumes with operational accuracy

Familiarity with airline ADM management and queue handling

Strong multitasking and time management skills

Customer-centric mindset with service excellence orientation
