Travel Desk Executive

Role Summary

The Travel Desk Executive is responsible for handling customer travel requirements, bookings, and coordination of tours, ensuring excellent service and smooth travel operations for clients. Rayna Tours is a UAE-based destination management company offering visa services, tours, ticketing, and holiday packages globally.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling & Sales

  • Handle walk-in clients, hotel guests, and online inquiries.
  • Provide information about UAE tours, attractions, visas, and packages.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
  • Upsell optional tours, excursions, and add-on services.

Booking & Operations

  • Manage reservations for:
  • Tours and excursions
  • Hotel bookings (if required)
  • Flight tickets (if required)
  • Transfers and activities
  • Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and operations team.
  • Prepare itineraries, vouchers, and booking confirmations.

Communication & Coordination

  • Maintain communication with clients through phone, email, WhatsApp.
  • Handle modifications, cancellations, and last-minute requests.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction from booking until tour completion.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily sales reports and booking records.
  • Handle payments, invoices, and receipts.
  • Update CRM or reservation systems regularly.

Requirements

  • Graduate (Travel & Tourism preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in a travel agency/tourism/hospitality preferred.
  • Good English communication (Arabic is a plus).
  • Knowledge of UAE tours (Dubai, Abu Dhabi attractions).
  • Computer skills (MS Office, booking systems).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Travel agency : 1 year (Required)
