Executive Secretary/Receptionist

  • Manage executive calendar and appointments
  • Arrange meetings (clients, consultants, contractors)
  • Prepare meeting agendas & minutes
  • Handle confidential documents
  • Maintain project files (contracts, drawings, BOQs, permits)
  • Track incoming & outgoing correspondence
  • Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
  • Monitor document submission deadlines
  • Assist in staff documentation
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain company records
  • Support PRO for official documentation if needed
  • Strong English communication (Arabic is an advantage in UAE)
  • Knowledge of construction terms (BOQ, RFQ, RFI, LPO, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and deadlines

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
