- Manage executive calendar and appointments
- Arrange meetings (clients, consultants, contractors)
- Prepare meeting agendas & minutes
- Handle confidential documents
- Maintain project files (contracts, drawings, BOQs, permits)
- Track incoming & outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
- Monitor document submission deadlines
- Assist in staff documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain company records
- Support PRO for official documentation if needed
- Strong English communication (Arabic is an advantage in UAE)
- Knowledge of construction terms (BOQ, RFQ, RFI, LPO, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
