Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international air ticket reservations, reissues, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with airlines to secure best fares and routes.
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fare rules, and travel requirements.
• Ensure timely issuance of tickets and maintain high standards of customer service.

Ideal Skill Sets

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with an IATA Travel Agency.
• Sound knowledge of fare construction, reissues and refunds.
• GDS experience required - Amadeus/Galileo.
• Hands on experience on NDC systems.
• IATA Certification.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
