Sales Executive – Night Shift

Job Overview

Aswaq Technologies is actively seeking experienced and driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role focuses on promoting and selling our travel services to clients based in the United States.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven ability to close sales, and the discipline to perform effectively in a night-shift environment. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from U.S.-based clients
• Promote and sell company travel services, including customized travel packages
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable travel solutions
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Stay updated on travel trends, packages, pricing, and client expectations

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (preferably in travel, or international sales)
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Experience dealing with U.S. or international clients is highly preferred
• Ability to work in night shift (8 PM – 5 AM)
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-oriented with a results-driven mindset
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in travel services or international sales
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
