We are looking for a dedicated Travel Consultant and Tour Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and book domestic and international travel services, including flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and visa processing.
  • Coordinate and create customized tour packages and itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, client information, payments, and travel documents.
  • Liaise with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other partners to secure competitive rates and quality services.
  • Provide detailed and up-to-date information on destinations, travel requirements, insurance, and local regulations.
  • Handle client inquiries, changes, cancellations, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Organize and coordinate group tours, corporate travel, and special interest trips.
  • Stay updated with travel trends, seasonal offers, and new destinations to proactively promote to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after travel to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills Needed:

  • Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Good understanding of visa processes, travel insurance, and global destinations.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant .
  • Nationality: Philipino Prefered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
