Travel Consultant - Arabic Speaker

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Travel Consultant to join us. In this role, you will manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, ensuring seamless client experiences and upholding our high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, including air ticketing (issuing & re-issuing, refund), hotel bookings, car transfers, travel insurance, and meet & assist services.
• Develop a strong understanding of each client's travel policy and provide expert guidance to ensure compliance and value.
• Offer consultative advice to clients, utilizing your excellent knowledge of travel supplier rules, low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, destination management, and supplier developments to provide informed recommendations.
• Provide professional and prompt written communication for all email inquiries and confirmations.
• Foster a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, welcoming feedback, and contributing to a positive and high-achieving team spirit.
• Proactively manage and resolve travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations with speed and professionalism to ensure minimal client impact.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key travel suppliers and clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience within a corporate travel environment.
• Must have UAE travel industry experience.
• High proficiency with the Amadeus GDS and familiarity with NDC systems.
• Demonstrated ability to handle all aspects of travel coordination (ticketing, hotels, transfers).
• Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, destination management, and package design.
• Exceptional communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
• A detail-oriented, highly organized approach with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be currently located in the UAE and available for an immediate start or with a maximum 30-day notice period.
• Proven ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in bookings and financial transactions under pressure.
• Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional, personalized service that exceeds client expectations.
• Relevant diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism or a related field is a plus.
• Native or professional fluency in Arabic is essential for direct client and supplier liaison.
• Professional working proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
