Travel Consultant – Holiday Department

Position Overview:
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our Holiday Department. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, in-depth knowledge of holiday packages, and a passion for helping clients plan memorable trips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from international clients regarding holiday packages and travel services.
• Provide tailored holiday recommendations based on client preferences and budget.
• Prepare quotations, process bookings, and manage holiday reservations.
• Cross-sell and upsell travel services including flights, hotels, and excursions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in travel consultancy (holidays or ticketing) preferred.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Knowledge of GDS/holiday booking systems will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in UK shifts (evening/night hours).
• Target-driven with a passion for travel.
