Are you a top-tier visa consultant and holiday planner with a proven track record? Flight Way Tourism & Travel is looking for a self-driven expert to join our team at our Giga Mall office in Islamabad.

This is a high-reward, commission-based role for a professional who is confident in their ability to generate and close business without a fixed salary. You will be your own boss, with the full support of our company's resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit Visa Expertise: Independently handle end-to-end visa applications for countries like the UK, Asian, UAE, Schengen, USA, and Canada etc
• Holiday Planning: Design and sell comprehensive holiday packages, including flights, hotels, and travel insurance.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Sales: Actively generate and close deals with a focus on high-profit margins.

Compensation:

• This is a 50% profit margin commission-based position. There is no basic salary. Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in visa and holiday planning.
• A strong sales background with a history of successful deal closures.
• Exceptional knowledge of visa policies and embassy guidelines.

Timing:

• Your working hours will be 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
