Responsibilities and Duties

An inbound call center of a British travel company.

You need to take calls from prospective travelers looking for bookings flights, holidays, Hajj & Umrah Packages worldwide from UK

• To coordinate with Airlines and Tour Operators and handle all reservations resulting from travel based promotions.
• To ensure that all reservations comply with IATA, ATOL and ABTA regulations.
• To quote, book and assist incentive campaigns.

Special Software Knowledge Preferred: Worldspan, Galileo, Amadeus, Holiday Package and Ground Handler Negotiation.
