Travel Consultant (Visa Specialist)

Ammad Travel And Holidays is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Travel Consultant with expertise in visa processing and client coordination. This role is ideal for an intermediate-level professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with visa applications, documentation, and processing for various countries.
• Accurately fill and review visa forms, ensuring compliance with embassy/consulate requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their travel needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and other travel partners to facilitate smooth visa processing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, travel advisories, and industry trends.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
• Manage client records, applications, and follow-ups systematically.

Requirements

• Intermediate-level experience in travel consultancy, with a focus on visa processing.
• Strong knowledge of visa procedures and documentation for popular destinations (USA, Canada, UK, Schengen countries).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client coordination.
• Proficiency in using office software (MS Office, email, etc.) and travel management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or training in travel and tourism.
• Prior experience working with a travel agency.
• Familiarity with ticketing, tour packages, and travel insurance.
