Key Responsibilities:

· Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours

· Provide excellent customer service by offering travel advice and resolving issues in a timely manner

· Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date

· Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination information

· Manage corporate and leisure travel accounts, ensuring client preferences are met

· Use GDS/booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) to make and modify reservations

· Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's degree plus any diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred

· Minimum 6 –8 years of experience in a travel consultant or travel operations role

· Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) preferred

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong attention to detail and customer-focused approach

· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings efficiently
