Travel Desk Executive / Travel Coordinator

Lahore, Pakistan

Job Purpose

To oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s travel requirements including visa handling, ticketing, hotel reservations, and local transport arrangements, ensuring cost-effectiveness, compliance with policies, and high service quality for employees and business travelers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees, including international and domestic flights, hotel bookings, and ground transportation.
  • Handle visa applications, renewals, and related documentation for business and official travel.
  • Coordinate with authorized travel agents, airlines, hotels, embassies, and transport providers to obtain the best rates and service.
  • Maintain travel records, bookings, itineraries, and approvals in line with company policies.
  • Create and update the travel policy in line with organizational requirements, cost control, and compliance.
  • Assist employees with emergency travel changes, cancellations, and itinerary adjustments.
  • Track travel expenditures, prepare cost reports, and recommend budget-friendly solutions.
  • Manage corporate tie-ups with hotels, airlines, and transport vendors for long-term benefits.
  • Provide support in organizing local logistics for client visits, conferences, and training sessions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling travel-related sensitive documents.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate travel desk, visa processing, or travel administration.
  • Strong knowledge of visa requirements for frequently traveled destinations.
  • Familiarity with airline reservation systems, ticketing tools, and travel agency coordination.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and negotiation.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
