Our client in the Insurance Industry is looking for a highly organized and experienced Travel Desk Officer to manage travel operations and coordination efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ticketing travel arrangements visa processing and vendor coordination

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Handle air ticketing hotel bookings and travel coordination
  • Process visas and maintain travel documentation
  • Coordinate with travel vendors and agencies
  • Manage invoicing payment verification and related records
  • Prepare travel reports and maintain MIS records
  • Ensure smooth execution of employee travel plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Graduation
  • 4–6 years of experience in a travel agency or similar travel management role
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Good communication and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in reporting and documentation management
