  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess travel needs, preferences, and budgets, offering expert advice and tailored recommendations.
  • Itinerary Design: Develop customized travel itineraries covering flights, accommodation, transportation, excursions, and other travel services.
  • Sales & Conversions: Prepare quotations and proposals, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Supplier Coordination: Liaise with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other service providers to secure the best rates and ensure smooth arrangements.
  • Documentation Management: Handle all travel documentation including visas, insurance, tickets, and vouchers with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Customer Service: Provide end-to-end support before, during, and after travel, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Crisis Handling: Address last-minute changes, cancellations, or disruptions efficiently and professionally.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, travel trends, and industry developments.
  • Team Collaboration: Support junior consultants with training and guidance, promoting best practices within the team.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Ensure all bookings and financial transactions are recorded accurately and adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹24,000.00 per month
