Role Overview

The Travel Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making within the travel and tourism sector. This role requires strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to align financial strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial transactions related to travel bookings, packages, and services.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for travel operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with travel consultants, operations, and procurement teams to optimize financial performance.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Support audits and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Provide financial guidance to support new travel initiatives and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within travel, tourism, or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RO1,250.000 per month
