Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel LPN/LVN with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week night shift assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting.

Details

• Long-term care and skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• LTC/SNF experience strongly preferred given the care setting

Additional Information

• Post-acute care environment focused on long-term care and skilled nursing
• Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and subject to an adjusted pay rate
• No on-call or call-back shifts available
• A 14-day cancellation notice is required prior to ending the assignment early
