We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and passionate Travel Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, drive bookings, and enhance traveler engagement across digital and traditional channels. You will be responsible for defining our target audience, creating engaging travel content, and measuring the ROI of our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and execute short- and long-term, multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, social media, email, and print, to achieve company growth goals.
- Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns for various travel products, including tours, hotels, and destinations.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage social media calendars and content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), focusing on storytelling and visual appeal.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs such as website traffic, booking conversion rates, and ROI, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to refine strategies.
- Content & Brand Management: Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including website updates, brochures, newsletters, and blog posts to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with travel industry partners, influencers, and tourism boards to create collaborative marketing opportunities.
- Budget Management: Plan and control the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective, high-impact marketing initiatives.
- Event Coordination: Plan, promote, and execute promotional events, trade shows, and FAM trips.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Digital Proficiency: Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Analytical Mindset: Expert ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling copy and presenting to stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM software, CMS (e.g., WordPress), and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Passion for Travel: A genuine interest in travel trends and industry developments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with travel-specific booking systems or GDS.
- Experience in international marketing or luxury travel markets.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
