Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist with 2+ years of experience for an acute care hospital position in Washington State, with Epic EMR required.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting with 379 staffed beds
• Level II Trauma Center
• OT Acute Care unit with 1:1 patient ratio
• Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• No on-call, weekend, or block schedule requirements
• No floating between units within this assignment
• Epic EMR required

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of acute care OT experience required
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Minimal RTO is preferred; all time-off requests must be disclosed prior to submission, as post-offer RTO requests may be denied
• 13-week contract
