Travel Operations Coordinator

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • 40–48 hours per week
  • Sunday–Thursday workweek
  • Occasional flexibility based on travel schedules and client needs

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel bookings including flights, hotels, and transport
  • Manage itineraries and ensure accuracy of travel plans
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and service providers
  • Handle booking systems, reservations, and confirmations
  • Resolve travel issues, changes, or cancellations efficiently
  • Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer details
  • Support visa processing and travel documentation when required
  • Monitor travel trends and assist with service improvements

Skills for This Role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Customer service and client communication
  • Travel booking systems (GDS knowledge is a plus)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving
  • Time management and coordination
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of international travel regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking platforms

Basic Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in travel coordination, operations, or customer service
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment
