Schedule
- Full-time position
- 40–48 hours per week
- Sunday–Thursday workweek
- Occasional flexibility based on travel schedules and client needs
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel bookings including flights, hotels, and transport
- Manage itineraries and ensure accuracy of travel plans
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and service providers
- Handle booking systems, reservations, and confirmations
- Resolve travel issues, changes, or cancellations efficiently
- Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer details
- Support visa processing and travel documentation when required
- Monitor travel trends and assist with service improvements
Skills for This Role

- Travel booking systems (GDS knowledge is a plus)

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in travel coordination, operations, or customer service
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment
