Travel Operations Manager

Role Purpose:
Plan, coordinate, and manage pilgrimage tours and travel-related services ensuring devotees have seamless spiritual trip experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics: transport, accommodation, temple permits etc.
• Manage relationships with hotels, transport providers, temples.
• Ensure pilgrimages adhere to schedules, religious timings.
• Handle risk management & emergencies during pilgrimages.
• Budgeting, cost control for travel packages.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience in travel/tourism operations.
• Strong organizational skills. Ability to juggle multiple trips.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Understanding of pilgrimage requirements, spiritual tour practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
