Travel Physical Therapist – Texas

Location: Multiple locations across Texas (travel required)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care across multiple facilities throughout Texas. This travel role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy flexibility, variety, and working with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Travel to assigned locations within Texas

Requirements:

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MPT)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication skills and adaptability
• Willingness to travel throughout Texas

Compliance & Onboarding:
To ensure a smooth onboarding process, travelers must be prepared to complete required competency exams, certifications, and training, as well as provide current clinical and immunization records, which may include:

• TB Test
• Seasonal Flu Shot
• Hepatitis B
• MMR/Varicella (MMRV)
• Physical exam and medical clearance

Compensation & Benefits:
