Description

American Traveler is seeking a Spanish-fluent Physical Therapist with 2+ years of outpatient experience for an 18-week contract at an outpatient clinic in Phoenix, AZ.

Details

• Outpatient physical therapy setting with a focus on high-risk patient populations
• Manageable caseload of 8–10 patients per day with dedicated 1-on-1 patient care
• Built-in documentation time is provided to support work-life balance
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekend requirement
• 18-week contract
• Uses Elation EMR for charting
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent outpatient physical therapy experience required
• DPT degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program required
• Active Arizona PT license or the ability to obtain one required; AZ license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Experience with computer-based EMR systems and Microsoft Office required
• Must be comfortable speaking in front of groups
• SNF and/or geriatric experience is a plus

• Scrubs are provided or candidates may wear black scrubs
• This assignment has potential to convert to a permanent hire for interested candidates
• 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years are required for consideration
