Position Overview

Heartline Staffing is seeking one experienced Travel Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in a 1099 commission-only role. This is not an entry-level opportunity. We are looking for a recruiter who already understands the travel healthcare space and can operate independently from day one.

The ideal candidate has experience working with VMS platforms, understands contract-based placements, and is capable of sourcing, engaging, and submitting qualified candidates for travel assignments.

Candidates should come in with either an existing pipeline or active travelers currently on assignment and be ready to build, manage, and grow their own desk.

Compensation

• 100% Commission-Based (1099)

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through cold calling, texting, LinkedIn, and social media
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
• Screen candidates for clinical fit and submission readiness
• Submit candidates to open travel healthcare roles
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates
• Manage your desk independently while leveraging available tools and support

Qualifications

• Proven experience in travel healthcare recruiting
• Familiarity with VMS platforms and contract-based placements
• Strong understanding of acute care hospital roles and/or allied health
• Existing pipeline or active travelers preferred
• Ability to independently source, screen, and submit candidates
