Responsibilities
- Provide on-shift nursing leadership as House Supervisor, coordinating patient care delivery and ensuring continuity across departments.
- Monitor staffing levels and allocate resources to maintain safe, efficient operations during the night shift.
- Oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges, collaborating with charge nurses, physicians, and case management.
- Ensure patient safety and quality of care by enforcing policies, infection prevention protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Support staff performance through coaching, conflict resolution, and effective communication with patients and families.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 4 years of recent clinical nursing experience; 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospital environment; strong communication and teamwork skills.
- RTO (Return-to-Office/time off) requests must be approved and added to the end of the contract.
