Travel Registered Nurse Tele Job

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to tele unit patients under physician orders.
- Monitor patient status using telehealth/telemetry systems; respond to alarms and changes in condition.
- Administer medications and therapies, document care in the electronic health record, and ensure accuracy of orders.
- Collaborate with physicians, bedside nurses, case management, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain patient safety, adheres to infection prevention practices, and ensure appropriate documentation and escalation as needed.
- Educate patients and families about care plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up needs when appropriate.
Requirements
- Active RN license in California
- BLS certification
- Ability to work in a telemedicine/telemetry hospital environment
- Availability to work the 07:00–19:30 shift on a 3x12 schedule
- Telemetry or telehealth competency preferred
- Willingness to travel and comply with assignment requirements
- Start date ability as listed: 06/22/2026
