Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a 13-week night shift contract at an acute care hospital respiratory care unit.

Details

• Inpatient respiratory care unit setting
• 12-hour night shifts, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• 13-week contract
• No on-call required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in respiratory care
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (all AHA-issued and must not be expired)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification through NBRC required
• Driver's License required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have taken a minimum 2-year break from the facility
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
• Former permanent employees of the facility who wish to return as travelers must have been separated for at least 2 years
