Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience for a 13-week day shift contract at an acute care hospital in Georgia.

Details

• Position is in a dedicated Respiratory Care unit at an acute care hospital
• 12-hour day shifts, scheduled 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• 3 shifts per week
• 13-week contract
• No on-call required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Respiratory Therapy
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification through NBRC required
• Driver's License required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break before being considered
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is extended
• AHA certifications must be current and not expired
