Description

American Traveler is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week acute care night shift assignment at a Level III Trauma facility in Arizona.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting with a Respiratory Therapy unit
• Level III Trauma Center
• Treats all patient populations, from neonates to geriatric patients
• Caseload of up to 30 patients per day
• Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation department procedures performed under physician direction
• 12-hour night shifts
• No on-call requirements
• Allscripts EMR (experience preferred)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience required
• Graduate of an AMA-accredited School of Respiratory Therapy
• Active Arizona Respiratory Care License required if applicable
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), NRP, and either RRT or CRT via NBRC

Additional Information

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures under physician direction
• Any color scrubs are acceptable except all black; scrubs are not provided by the facility
• 8-hour orientation provided
