Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) for a float pool night shift position requiring experience across adult, NICU, and PICU settings.

Details

• Float pool position covering multiple hospital areas including ED, ICU, CCU, general medical floors, NICU, PICU, and L&D
• Patient populations span adult acute care, emergency, critical care, neonatal, and obstetric settings
• Night shift schedule: 7p–7a (3x12-hour shifts)
• Every other weekend required
• Floating to different units throughout the hospital is required
• Charts using Epic EMR
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate

Requirements

• Current RRT or CRT credential required
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience required
• Experience in both adult and NICU/PICU settings required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
• License required if applicable

• Provide respiratory therapy services across a wide range of care settings as part of a hospital-wide float pool
