Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a night shift travel assignment in a Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics unit at a hospital in Cleveland, OH.

• Position is located in a Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics unit
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist required
• Active NBRC certification required
• Active BLS certification required
• Two professional references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty are required for consideration — references must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months, no co-worker references
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
• Negative 10-panel plus nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start date — must be updated annually
• Candidates must be nicotine-free with no exceptions
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• This is a smoke-free, nicotine-free facility — candidates must be fully nicotine-free
• Background checks of any kind will be reviewed by the facility; license hits are not accepted
• Former permanent or per diem employees of Cleveland Clinic hospitals are ineligible to return for 1 year from their previous end date
• Travelers may extend at this facility for up to 18 consecutive months, after which a 6-month break is required before returning
• All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration
• Local candidates are accepted
