Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with pediatric ER experience for a day shift travel assignment in Dallas, TX.

Details

• Position is based in a Pediatric Emergency Room (Pedi ER) setting
• Day shift hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active RRT license and certification required; license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in respiratory therapy
• Must have active experience within the last 6 months in the role
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA or ARC accepted)
• CPI certification required for ER units (SAMA, MAB, or ACPMA may be accepted in lieu of CPI based on facility requirement)
• TNCC certification required for ER positions
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration — Canadian SSNs are not accepted
• Professional reference required (two references required if licensed in Florida or Missouri)
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
