American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2+ years of adult critical care or ER experience for a night shift travel assignment at a Level II Trauma Center.

13-week travel assignment at a Level II Trauma Center with outpatient, interventional radiology, ER, and inpatient services
-
571 total staffed beds across both campuses
-
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:30
-
Weekend work required
-
No on-call required

Floating between all facilities within the state is required; refusal to float may result in assignment termination

Charting via Epic (experience required)

Adult Critical Care and ER experience required; NICU experience preferred

Local candidates are not accepted

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required

Minimum 2 years of experience in Adult Critical Care or ER

NICU experience preferred

Active RRT license required if applicable

Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
-
NRP preferred
-
Epic EMR experience required

First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Provide respiratory therapy services across a large multi-campus health system

Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed prior to or at the time of consideration; post-offer RTO requests may be denied

Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility

Scrubs of any color are acceptable; reddish-orange scrubs are not permitted

A minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting are required for consideration
