Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 2+ years of adult experience and an active Florida license for a 13-week travel assignment with rotating weekend shifts.

• 13-week contract at a hospital in Lake Wales, FL
• Adult respiratory therapy patient population
• 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week
• Rotating weekend shifts required
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active Florida Respiratory Therapist license required (license required if applicable)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Minimum 2 years of adult respiratory therapy experience
• COVID-19 vaccination (two doses) or approved declination required

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers — no radius rule applies
• Former permanent employees of the facility must have been separated for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler
• COVID-19 booster is not currently required, but two primary doses or an approved declination are mandatory
• A copy of your COVID vaccination card will be needed for consideration
