Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2+ years of experience for a day/evening rotation position in an academic Level I Trauma Center.

Details

• Day/evening rotation with shift options of 7:00–19:30, 7:00–15:30, or 15:00–23:30
• Mix of 8- and 12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Holiday coverage required
• One on-call shift per 6-week scheduling period

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a staff respiratory therapist
• Graduation from a COARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program required
• WI Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required if applicable
• Current NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA only)
• Experience in an academic Level I Trauma Center or similarly sized facility required
• Pediatric and adult experience preferred
