Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2+ years of experience for a day shift travel assignment in the Respiratory Therapy unit at a hospital in Miami, FL.

• Located in a hospital-based Respiratory Therapy unit in Miami, FL
• Day shift hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active RRT license and certification required; license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Respiratory Therapy
• Must have worked in the specialty within the last 6 months
• ACLS required (AHA or ARC accepted); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
• BLS required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Two professional references required for this Florida-based position
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates will not be considered
• NRP is required only for RT staff caring for neonates
