Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week day shift assignment in a respiratory and neuro diagnostics unit, with experience across a broad range of respiratory care services including bedside bronchoscopy.

Details

• Inpatient respiratory and neuro diagnostics unit
• Provides respiratory services across all patient types requiring respiratory care
• Sees pediatric patients in the ED; inpatient admissions are ages 13 and older
• Performs bedside bronchoscopy
• Special equipment includes: Servo I/U, Hamilton C1, V60, Air Sense/Air Curve, INO Max, OptiFlow, Airvo, Micro Max, Panda Warmer, and Boston Scientific Exhault (for bronchoscopy)
• Day shift, 4x12-hour shifts; shift options are 6:45 AM–7:15 PM or 10:45 AM–11:15 PM
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active PA state respiratory therapy license required (license must be in hand at time of consideration)
• RRT credential required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience required
