This role drives sales for Loca Loka across airport duty-free outlets. The focus is on opening new counters, building strong ties with duty-free operators, and managing end-to-end operations at each location. It’s a pure sales role, but with added responsibility for onboarding, retail operations, visibility, and store coordination inside airports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales performance across all airport duty-free outlets where Loca Loka is present.
- Identify and onboard new duty-free partners across Indian airports.
- Coordinate listing, documentation, samples, pricing approvals, and go-live activities for new outlets.
- Work closely with duty-free operators to ensure smooth daily operations and on ground execution.
- Plan and monitor stock flow, replenishment, order cycles, and inventory levels.
- Drive visibility campaigns, display standards, and promotional activities inside the stores.
- Track sales numbers, gather market insights, and report performance regularly.
- Conduct frequent airport visits to review staff performance, stocks, and brand presence.
Candidate Profile
- 2–6 years of experience in FMCG/Alcobev/Luxury with exposure to airport duty free or travel retail.
- Strong understanding of duty-free store operations and compliance.
- Confident, energetic, and able to independently manage high-value sales counters.
- Young, Gen Z-fit, sharp communicator who aligns with a premium tequila brand.
- Ready for frequent travel and flexible working hours based on airport requirements.
