Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac Stepdown (TCU/PCU) position requiring a CA RN license, ACLS, and a minimum of 2 years of cardiovascular experience.

Details

• Cardiac Stepdown (TCU/PCU) unit in a hospital setting
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3 to 1:4
• Rotating day and night shifts on a 3x12-hour schedule; day shift 7:00–7:30, night shift 19:00–19:30
• Weekend work required
• Floating to other facilities within the health system is required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of CV TCU/PCU experience required
• Telemetry experience including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias required

Additional Information

• Transplant experience is preferred
• Schedule follows a 5/3 rotation pattern
