Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Case Management position covering a multi-community territory in the western suburbs of Chicago, IL, requiring Epic experience and an active IL RN license.

Details

• Community-based case management role covering multiple western suburbs of Chicago, including Cicero, Berwyn, Stickney, Riverside, Lyons, Brookfield, La Grange, La Grange Park, Broadview, Westchester, Maywood, Bellwood, Melrose Park, Stone Park, Northlake, Hillside, Elmhurst, and Western Springs
• 8-hour day shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekend rotation, holiday, on-call, or floating requirements
• Epic EMR used in this role

Requirements

• Active IL RN license required
• Minimum 12 months of case management experience, with most recent experience within the last year
• Epic EMR experience required
• Last 4 digits of SSN and full date of birth required for consideration
• Minimum 1 professional reference dated within the past year, from a Supervisor, Manager, Director, or Charge RN
