Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position in New Hampshire, requiring an active NH or compact RN license and experience across a broad patient population from newborns to geriatrics.

Details

  • Works in the Emergency Department of an acute care hospital setting
  • Patient population spans newborn to geriatric; no OB cases
  • 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week
  • No on-call requirements
  • Floating to a nearby campus location may be required

Requirements

  • Active NH or compact RN license currently in hand; temp licenses are not accepted
  • Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
  • At least 2 recent charge or manager-level RN references required (no peer or coworker references)
  • Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
  • Pediatric ED experience preferred; candidates without peds experience must be willing to learn and be trained

Additional Information

  • Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but will be offered a local pay rate
  • Weekly orientation provided
  • Former permanent staff are eligible to return as travelers after a 12-month break in service
  • RTO (requested time off) must be disclosed upfront for consideration
  • 3 professional references are required upon acceptance of an offer (2 must be from leadership)
