Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a 13-week travel contract in San Francisco, CA, requiring a CA RN license and a minimum of 1 year of ED experience.

Details

• Emergency Department (ED) setting within a hospital environment
• Variable 3x12-hour shifts spanning day, evening, and night hours (7a-7p, 11a-11p, 3p-3a, 7p-7a)
• Every other weekend rotation required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating to other campus locations may be required within scope of practice when census permits

Requirements

• Active California RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 1 year of ED RN experience required
• 2 supervisor references from within the past two years required for consideration
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel pay rates

• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Only one holiday RTO request will be approved for the duration of the contract
