Travel RN – ICU | Ganado, AZ (13-Week Contract)

  • Location: Ganado, AZ

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Assignment Length: 13 weeks

  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts

  • Setting: Critical Access Hospital – ICU

We’re seeking a skilled ICU RN to join a critical access hospital in Ganado, Arizona. This role offers 12-hour shifts, offering stability and the chance to deliver high-quality care in a unique rural healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • Active Arizona RN license (or compact, if applicable)

  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)

  • Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience

  • Strong critical thinking, multi-patient management, and emergency response skills

  • Comfortable working in a rural/critical access setting with lower patient volumes

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill patients

  • Monitor, assess, and respond to rapid changes in patient conditions

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary staff

  • Manage ventilators, drips, and advanced monitoring equipment

  • Support patients and families through education and advocacy

  • Maintain documentation in accordance with hospital and state standards
