Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a night shift ICU position requiring at least 2 years of experience and AHA BLS/ACLS certifications in a complex, multi-specialty intensive care environment.

Details

• Works in a 24-bed Intensive Care Unit
• Patient population includes medical, neurological, cardiac, GI, renal, sepsis, trauma, and surgical cases (excluding fresh open heart surgery)
• Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:3
• Night shift hours: 18:45–07:15
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active RN license in Indiana or a compact state license recognized in Indiana
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Current AHA ACLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required (Group A renewed yearly; Groups B–F renewed every 2 years)
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Two professional references required
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
